We are using recruiting placements to fund local social causes, including Our Moms Work (a fun community service in Santa Monica), and rewarding referrals with travel to Party for Good. 

1 referral to a company (that leads to 1 person getting a job) = 1 rewarded travel destination (for 2 people)

and $1,000 is donated to a cause you love or to help fund Our Moms Work….

Party for Good

Your participation helps us use recruiting for good, and we show our appreciation by rewarding all-inclusive luxury destinations to celebrate the World’s Best Weekend Festivals.

We curated only the best travel experiences to share with family and friends, each destination is for two people (we don’t sell travel, we reward it). One more thing, you can gift your reward to anyone living in the U.S.; including your mom!

Are you feeling stuck, out of sort, looking for a new job and can’t confide in HR, your boss, or your significant other…we created Our Moms Work, a fun community service in Santa Monica for moms just like you …working moms, empty nest moms and moms in between …all looking to love life.

Helping Fund Gift a Special Trip

Mark (an awesome dad) connected Recruiting for Good to one company, they found an employee, earned a finder’s fee and rewarded Mark’s daughter a trip for two to New York Fashion Week.

“On July 4th, 2017, we invited and awarded 42 kickass people from every walk of life to enjoy food celebrations at Huckleberry Cafe for Breakfast, North Italia for Lunch, Robata Bar for Happy Hour, and Sushi Roku for Dinner.”

“In 2016, we sponsored a creative writing contest, ‘choose one word that can change the world, and tell us why,’ Linnea Duvall won a trip for two to Dominican Republic to make a difference.”

“In 2015, we sponsored a creative writing contest, ‘how has sports positively impacted your life,’  a Santa Monica high school student won a trip for two to Superbowl.“
