5 Ways to Inspire People to Do Good

5 Ways to Inspire People to Do Good. I recently became a leader of a men’s team in Los Angeles. The purpose of our organization is to empower men to be leaders in life so that they can be great fathers, husbands, managers, and leaders in the community. I am grateful to be chosen for this most important task. And for the next 6 months, I will share what I can about being a leader. I am hoping this will inspire others to step up in their life, and make a difference.

I am doing as I am learning; I am far from being the leader I want to be. But every day I strive to be present, grateful, and humble.

5 Ways to Inspire People to Do Good

1) Acknowledge them through gratitude and praise.

2) Delegate a task that will extend their capacity to learn.

3) Trust them, by communicating effectively and clearly.

4) Create a real authentic relationship with them, show them compassion.

5) Allow them to inspire, surprise, and help you.

I am grateful for number 5. I am always learning from people all day long. And those people who share their truth, their hearts, and minds. I acknowledge them. Thank you for making my life great. Thank you for helping me of service.

You are a rockstar in life, when you acknowledge that everyone around you has the potential for bringing awesomeness to the world, and inspire others to do good too.

Who in your life is a rockstar? Acknowledge them, and make them aware how important their participation in your life is, and that alone will forever leave an imprint in their life.

Inspire others by participating; be a rockstar make work happy and life great.

Justine Lassoff is a Rockstar

“A Great Way to Inspire Others is By Rewarding People, Who Do Good (Rockstars).” Justine Lassoff, Causora.com

Justine Lassoff is a Rockstar, because anyone who can tell the truth, and give honest feedback, is someone who truly cares about people excelling in their life. There is just not enough of that going on these days. Justine is a leader who inspires others to bring their best game. I met her about a year ago at a Digital LA Party. That night was magical we sat for hours talking about life. And she and Melinda Moore talked about creating TuesdayNights.org. I was inspired.

Since then, Justine has been there for me to bounce of my creative ideas about inspiring people to make a difference. She works for Causora, a startup,  they are re-imagining Philanthropy! Donate to any cause & get rewarded with gift cards at 150+ local merchants like Bliss Spa & Massage Envy.

She was instrumental in helping me bring back the rockstar concept into my life and business; I am reinvigorated with passion and excitement. Three years ago, I wrote a blog called sponsoring rockstars. And now I am using recruiting to reward rockstars

Justine thank you for being a rockstar. Thank you for helping make a difference fun.

People love to be rewarded with acknowledgement and appreciation. Today, take time to thank rockstars in your life. Who in your life has made a significant difference?
