People often ask me what I love about my life….”I love helping people.” With that said, I have decided to transform my agency into a co-op; so that I can use recruiting to generate proceeds for good and help people enjoy life and make a difference.
A Co-Op is (“coop”) or co-operative (“co-op”), an autonomous association of persons who voluntarily cooperate for their mutual, social, economic, and cultural benefit.
“We are using recruiting for good collaboratively to benefit people who participate and enable us to generate and share proceeds for GOOD.”
5 Reasons to Join Co-Op, Do Good, and Travel
1) Co-Op generates proceeds on your behalf so that you can fund your favorite causes; and to travel the world.
2) You can create your own cause or community project and we will help you fund it.
3) With your help, we inspire people to have fun, participate, and make a difference.

3 Reasons to Fund Student-Teacher Travel for Good
1) A book can only tell you how things are, but to see it in person you can truly experience it. Think about how it feels to be in the Coliseum in Rome or stand next to the leaning Tower of Pisa.
2)When you travel with your classmates, and teachers it transforms the relationships forever; you create everlasting memories.
3) Because its FUN. Yes its fun to do something new, creative, and refreshing. Visit a country where everyone speaks English with a funny accent; like Australia, and see kangaroos jumping about. Now that is FUN!
Travel Makes a Difference
No amount of books, or internet sites can ever replace the sights, smells, and sounds of bustling cities like London or Paris. Truth be told, we (Americans) should take every opportunity to instill and invest in our child’s travel education early on. It will transform their life and yours. Number one reason people don’t travel, because it is costly. So, I created a solution to fund travel.

I Am You
Well before my days as a recruiter and social entrepreneur, I started in education, I worked as a Teachers Assistant, Spanish Teacher, and even worked in Special Education. I understand the plight that many teachers experience.
Problem NO Problem
Teachers love the job, and they are stuck with empty promises about more money for classroom budgets. Many of the teachers start out gung ho, they dip into their own pockets to pay for supplies, computers, and even musical instruments. The human cost is insurmountable. Companies would never ask their CEO to pay for his own computer, or his iPhone; so why are we asking our teachers to do just that? Why do we have such high expectations for education results when we are not empowering our teachers to be at their best. “Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance“….Let’s invest in our classrooms, and empower our teachers to help our children excel.

Imagine a World Where Everyone Traveled for Good
With Thanksgiving behind us, we look to Christmas and New Years to seek meaning and give purpose to our lives. The questions that often come up are; what will next year bring? How can I contribute? Will I find adventure, love, or a great new job?
What if all that was possible…..We launched our co+op to give people opportunities to enjoy life, make a difference, and to travel the world. Our mission is to make life better for all. We are using recruiting for good collaboratively to help people. People join our co+op by making referrals that enable us to use recruiting for good; executives to retain us for searches, and people looking for jobs.
People Make a Difference
People who join our Co+Op (members) help end abuse, hunger, and poverty. We are donating 20% of fulltime placements (every fulltime placement can sponsor 4 children in an orphanage for the entire year). Here is the list of nonprofits we are serving in 2014;
Corazon De Vida (Orphans), Kitt Crusaders (Rescue Pets), Olive Crest (Foster Care), Venice Family Clinic (Medical Care), Wolf Connection (Therapy Animals), WTLC (End Domestic Violence).
People Earn Rewards
Every time a Co+Op member makes a referral and it results in us making a placement. We share proceeds to fund one of the nonprofits on our site. And the member earns a portion of proceeds to travel with any partner on We Travel for Good.
Funding Travel that Makes a Difference
Co+Op members can also earn funding for; safaris, honeymoons, and destination weddings. Members create a travel fund. We use recruiting placements to raise funds for their travel. And match monies raised $1 for $1 to donate monies to nonprofits.
