How to Honor America
How to Honor America
“I am grateful to live in a country that afforded me opportunities to find my own way; go to college on scholarship, create a successful business that makes a difference (Recruiting for Good), and become a U.S. Citizen. Everyday, I strive to be a positive force for good, improve lives, and be the kind of role model that will inspire others.”
5 Ways to Honor America
- Be a Citizen and Role Model that accepts, loves, and respects diversity.
- Bring your best game to work, your family, and community.
- Tell the ‘Truth’ and be responsibly mindful of your actions and words.
- Respect authority and laws of the land (if you want to change them ‘Run for Office’ or Vote).
- Be kind and smile.

Grateful to Use Recruiting for Good to Help Moms Fund Start-Ups
Grateful to Use Recruiting for Good to Help Moms Fund Start-Ups
Over the last 20 years, we have helped companies find talented professionals great jobs; and generated proceeds to fund causes.
We are ending 2020, and continuing in 2021 by shifting our focus and helping fund mom start-ups. Why? Why not. Actually, since 2017, Recruiting for Good has been sponsoring community service, ‘Our Moms Work;’ a business and career cost free mentoring service.
Between Thanksgiving and New Years, we’re offering our recruiting service on a flat fee basis; and donating 50% of proceeds to help fund mom start-ups. We’re are starting our funding efforts to help Davina Kaonohi’s Element Apothec. Last year, Davina helped Recruiting for Good connect with companies, moms, and nonprofits. Her company is becoming B Certified.

Please Forgive Me…For the Things I Can Not Change
Please Forgive Me…For the Things I Can Not Change
“Recently, I did a search for consultants to work on Voting Machine roll-out project. I got a great response, and I am grateful for all the professionals who are coming on board to complete the project. Unfortunately, some candidates who responded with their resumes, and were rejected for lack of experience took it personally and responded angrily and rude.”
To Those Who Felt Personally Offended By Being Rejected…I Sincerely Apologize
- Our agency, Recruiting for Good does not write the job requirements, this comes from the companies that retain our agency to find them qualified candidates.
- When Recruiting for Good represents a client, we are looking out for their best interest, the company pays our agency a finder’s fee’ to find the best qualified candidates to get the job done.
Kindness and Professionalism Goes a Long Way…
When, we reject candidates for jobs, we email a professional letter. It is not a personal attack, it’s just business.
Lastly, if you have a pleasant demeanor, and are respectful, our recruiters keep you in mind for other opportunities first.
