Benefits to Change Moms Life for Good. We are constantly asking moms to be and do more each day. The pressures of today and tomorrow on families is insurmountable, but somehow mom copes.
Companies provide their employees benefits to bring balance and wellness to their life. Why can’t we do the same for moms? Moms are the roots of our society; mentoring and bringing up tomorrow’s workforce and leaders.

We are using recruiting for good to help moms enjoy fun benefits that will change their life. It is our way to honor our moms, for giving us the fortitude and courage to make a stand and use our talent for good.
We are grateful to connect with; Pure Barre‘s Marni Rosenthal Chaikin and Kayla Allen, Sonki Hong of Sonki Fitness, and Nykki Hardin of Nykki’s Cleanse. These fitness professionals are going to help moms get fit for good. We entrust them, and support their vision for moms living healthy and fit lives.
“I am starting a 14-day cleanse with Nykki this week, and doing a 5-week boot camp with Sonki Fitness in January,” says Carlos Cymerman, founder of Recruiting for Good.

Rewarding Olympic High Teachers & Students
Rewarding Olympic High Teachers & Students…Can anyone make a difference? Yes, the only requirement is participation. This afternoon, I went to Olympic High School in Santa Monica, to host my last community contest event, “write a sports story to win 2 Superbowl tickets.” Doing so, I decided to also hold a writing contest for the teachers; “what did you learn about yourself from being a teacher?”
It was great to include the teachers in the writing competition. All the students and teachers that participated won a gift card from Starbucks. And I rewarded one female and one male teacher for their creative and authentic writing shopping rewards to (Tory Burch and J.Crew) And the winners are; substitute art teacher Molly O’Hanlon, and history/P.E./woodshop teacher Mark Suminski.
I love to honor and thank every teacher that participated in the contest…thank you for making my life fun and rewarding today.
Teachers inspire us to strive for more in our lives, it is because of them that we experience life fully.
When was the last time you rewarded a teacher? Take the time to do it today…and they will forever treasure your kindness.

Is Chivalry Alive in L.A, Yes…The Winner Is
This past weekend, Recruiting for Good hosted the first “Is Chivalry Alive in LA” Writing Competition for Men… “What You Love Most About Your Fiance, Girlfriend, or Wife?” Because the contest was live, and offline, we decided to reward a $500 shopping card for the winning entry. We had 7 men participate.
And our winner is Peter Rachael of Pacifica, CA. He was in Santa Monica visiting his family. He is originally from Northern England. Whatever you may think of the English, being shy and not passion….you are dead wrong. Every one has the potential to write beautifully from the heart.

What do I love most about my wife? Before her there was no love. My life magically began the dayI first set my eyes on her. What I did’t realize is that such an incredibly beautiful woman could be so beautiful on the inside. I often wonder if others see the way I do? Just as we question how a color looks to two different people, or a how a piece of art is inspiring to one and insignificant to another. I ask myself; how was she not swept off her feet by the first man who saw her? How do I not lose her to another who is struck down by her beauty? The answer can only be that she was put on this earth for me. She is my proverbial other half. All of the cheesy, cliched movies and stories were written about her. She is perfect in every way. She’s my friend, my lover, the mother of my children and the reason I strive to be the best I can be in everything I do. I never tire of seeing her smiles, laugh, or cry, tired, sick, or happy, her beauty shines through. The strangest thing is that I do love more each day. Even though I I always feel so fulfilled and amazed by her, there is always more, and another reason to feel something even stronger> I wish my words could do her justice. If I could even come close to describing what I love the most about her. I could maybe write love stories for a living. I owe her my life. Without her I didn’t even live.
Mrs. Rachael a $500 gift card from Nordstrom as her reward, she is lauded and adored by her husband. And Recruiting for Good congratulates them both.

We are at Barnes & Noble in Santa Monica, today November 9th, 2014, starting at 2 pm. Any husband who comes to our writing competition (we are rewarding one middle or high school student who writes the most creative sports story tickets to Superbowl), and submits the winning paragraph onsite, “What You Love About Your Wife,” will win a $500 shopping gift card for their wife, from any store in Santa Monica.
