Blog Inspired by Kristina Bant Jenkins, parent of a child with autism, amateur duathlete, founder of nonprofit, Aut2bFit™ whose mission is to bring together parents and families of children touched by autism with a community of athletes and physically active, fitness-conscious people who are committed to raising awareness for autism through the love of sport, a lifestyle of family-fun activities, and adventure travel.
Nonprofits Inspired People to Kickass for Good
Every year, people of all ages compete in fitness events, and running competitions on behalf of their favorite causes to help raise money from their family, friends, and co-workers. These events have inspired more people to; take on athletic challenges (completing marathons), care about social causes, and participate every year.
Changing the Kickass Game for Good
Imagine a high purpose service helping people raise money through recruiting placements for one nonprofit, Aut2bfit (supporting kids with special needs) and rewarding weekend travel for two (friends, family members, or life partners) to compete at any fitness competition or event within the U.S., Mexico, or Canada; and share the experience.
Using Recruiting, We Help People Kickass for 1 Cause
We are using recruiting for good collaboratively to help fund Aut2bfit, and reward travel. To participate in our fun social initiative Kickass for a Cause, we are looking to connect and reward people who are committed to a fitness lifestyle;
- Belong to a gym, do boot-camp, or have a trainer.
- Have a weekly workout routine, and eat healthy.
- Want to achieve athletic feats, and compete in fitness events.
If you meet our lifestyle requirements, and live in the U.S., we love to collaborate and help you fund our cause; and reward you weekend travel (flight and hotel accommodations) to any competition or event for 2 people.

Rewarding Women Kentucky Derby for Good
May 3 to May 7, 2017
The Kentucky Derby is a Grade I stakes race for three year-old Thoroughbred horses, held annually in Louisville, Kentucky, on the first Saturday in May, capping the two week-long Kentucky Derby Festival. The race is one and a quarter miles at Churchill Downs. The race is known in the United States as “The Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports” for its approximate duration, and is also called “The Run for the Roses” for the blanket of roses draped over the winner.
The Run for the Roses
First established as part of the Derby celebration when they were presented to all the ladies attending a fashionable Louisville Derby party, the Garland of Roses was such a sensation, that the president of Churchill Downs, Col. Lewis Clark, adopted the rose as the race’s official flower. The rose garland, now synonymous with the Kentucky Derby, first appeared in the 1896 when winner Ben Brush received a floral arrangement of white and pink roses.
The Kentucky Oaks
The first running of the Longines Kentucky Oaks was on May 19, 1875 when Churchill Downs was known as the Louisville Jockey Club. The race was founded by Meriwether Lewis Clark, Jr. along with the Kentucky Derby. The Oaks and the Derby are the oldest continuously contested sporting events in history, and the only horse races to be held at their original site since its conception. The Longines Kentucky Oaks was modeled after the British Epsom Oaks. The Longines Kentucky Oaks is considered by some to be among the most popular horse races in American horse- racing society due to its high attendance. It attracts about 100,000 people in attendance a year.

Introduce Your Boss and Enjoy Travel Reward
Do you want to travel in 2017? We love to help you get there. We are using recruiting to fund and reward travel, our fun mission is to help 100 people see the world for good.
Why help us, help you? You will make a difference, 5% of the money we reward for your travel will be matched and donated to nonprofits Aut2bfit (supporting travel for kids with special needs and their families), and Single Moms Planet (supporting travel for kids and moms). Our goal is to raise $100,000 to offset the cost of 5 trips in 2017.
How it Works?
- Is your boss hiring a professional and is using a recruiting agency for search? Introduce us to him/her.
- We find your boss a new employee, and earn a recruiting finder’s fee, that we share to fund your travel.
- After the employee has completed 90 days of employment; we reward funding for your trip.
Where Can You Travel to?
Anywhere you like in the world; you choose the destination, and we pay the adventure travel company, online travel site, the Remote Experience, or travel agent (including airfare, cruise, hotel, or resort)….up to $5,000.
How to Get Started?
You must live in the U.S., your boss is hiring white color professionals (accounting finance, engineering, information technology, marketing, or sales), and you are at least 30 years old. Deadline to participate is 11/30/17. We are rewarding just 100 people funding for travel through “Introduce Your Boss” program in 2017.

100 Moms Travel Often
Seeking to fulfill my dream and make a significant difference through travel; I took a lesson from my own life to create a personal travel club for moms here in L.A. “My mom gifted me travel experiences that made me the man I am today, now after 20 years of being in the recruiting industry, I am going to use my company, Recruiting for Good, collaboratively to help fund destinations and fulfill other moms (and families) experiences through travel.”
There are only three pre-requisites to participate in our world travel club funding service;
- Mom makes difference in L.A. (volunteers in church, a nonprofit, or school).
- Make a referral to a company hiring professional staff (we generate proceeds by providing recruiting services to fund travel) watch video to learn more.
- Be nice.
Why Only 100 Moms?
At Recruiting for Good, we have a reputation for having personal relationships with candidates and clients, we serve. We love to serve moms, with the same level of care, and reward them more travel.
