The exclusive luxury shopping reward is for women in Southern California who participate in Recruiting for Good to help fund summer camp scholarships for kids. Santa Monica based boutique staffing agency, Recruiting for Good launched L.A.’s Funnest Cause ‘help fund summer camp.’ and exclusive shopping reward ‘We Live Like Them‘ to inspire participation.
Women make referrals that connect Recruiting for Good with companies hiring professional staff. When the staffing agency finds the company an employee, and earns a finder’s fee; a portion is donated to fund camp scholarships, and to reward the World’s Most Beautiful Fashion; (choose any accessory, bag, or shoes from the list below).
According to Recruiting for Good, Founder Carlos Cymerman, “Now women can use their social network to make a difference and enjoy luxury too; accessories, bags, and shoes. Our exclusive reward is perfect for women who love equality, helping kids, and shopping like ‘The 1%.’

We Practice What Preach to Set an Example for the Next Generation
“Knowing there is a problem, and doing something about it; is what life is all about.”
We are using recruiting for good to transform work and life. Imagine, if everyone could love both. With us you can. We are using recruiting placements to fund summer camp (for those of you who don’t have kids, btw that includes me, founder of Recruiting for Good); camp costs around $500 to $1,000 a week. Participate to help make a difference (fund summer camp), and enjoy to love life rewards.
Social Community Problem & Fun Solution
We are putting too much pressure on teachers and schools to teach values in addition to teaching the basics. Kids can learn values at home, in church, and in the community (including Summer Camp). Working moms are stretched beyond belief, working fulltime, managing the household, and the kids (and some even volunteer in PTA or the community). Some families where both parents work, they can’t make the financial sacrifices to get kids to summer camp or a summer vacation. We are using Recruiting for Good to solve this. Yes, we are funding fun.

The inspiration for the fun cause and personal service came from 2 distinctive experiences I had over the past year…
One, I created a fun purposeful breakfast party to inspire the conversation with parents and kids:
“What does it mean to love your job, how does one come about finding passion at work”
The other is, I started a community service in Santa Monica, Our Moms Work to offer cost free career mentoring services…it started with moms, now, I help anyone who asks for help. Working with moms, I got to learn about the painstaking sacrifices they make to prepare their kids for tomorrow’s jobs…unaware of the prohibitive cost for the best summer camps, I became aware that something needed to be done.
“One of the moms I mentored made $54,000 salary last year, the cost of summer camp was close to $5,000 that what 10% of her salary for just 6 weeks of camp.”

How to Participate and Earn Our Exclusive Mother’s Day Gift
Refer an open position at a company, when Recruiting for Good finds the company a new employee, and earns a finder’s fee; a portion will be shared to reward a Beauty Foodie Moms Party in Maui Trip.
Since 1998, Recruiting for Good has been connecting professionals to great jobs in Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, and Sales. We use placements to fund local community service, ‘Our Moms Work,’ sponsor local Santa Monica Social Club, The Beauty Foodie Club, and reward referrals with fun life experiences.
We are looking to reward moms who have made a difference for 10 years or more in the community (or have been awesome moms).
