What Does Equally Mean to Me…

What Does Equally Mean to Me…

“I spent a number of summers in college working at kibbutzes in Israel, where I learned values about life, work, and equality…”

As we enter the 2020 Race to the White House I hear a lot of socialist ideas thrown around. Are we ready for the sacrifices necessary to transform society for good? I think not.

Is there inequality in America…? Yes, but by the same token if you work hard, kickass, and commit to your career, you can make something out of nothing, like no other place in the world.

“I am the son of immigrants, having to learn English in my pre-teen years. In addition had learning disabilities. many obstacles to success…that gave the chutzpah to overcome….and negate the Naysayers.” Carlos, Founder, Recruiting for Good
  1. Equality comes from making your own way (no excuses, just commitment, and follow through).
  2. Equality comes from within, what are you willing to sacrifice, to have the life you want.
  3. Equality comes from responsibility to be in action, and be purposeful.
“Thru R4G, I am rewarding equal access to fun benefits, parties, and perks; for people who participate to help make a difference (kickass for good). Because you will come to appreciate that equality is not given….it is earned.”

What does equality mean to you?
