Grateful to Use Recruiting for Good to Help Moms Fund Start-Ups
Over the last 20 years, we have helped companies find talented professionals great jobs; and generated proceeds to fund causes.
We are ending 2020, and continuing in 2021 by shifting our focus and helping fund mom start-ups. Why? Why not. Actually, since 2017, Recruiting for Good has been sponsoring community service, ‘Our Moms Work;’ a business and career cost free mentoring service.
Between Thanksgiving and New Years, we’re offering our recruiting service on a flat fee basis; and donating 50% of proceeds to help fund mom start-ups. We’re are starting our funding efforts to help Davina Kaonohi’s Element Apothec. Last year, Davina helped Recruiting for Good connect with companies, moms, and nonprofits. Her company is becoming B Certified.

Love to Live in LA Join Recruiting Co-Op
“Companies retain and pay recruiting/staffing agencies to find qualified professionals with specific skills. Recruiting for Good has been helping companies find talented professionals since, 1998. And in 2020, we’re sharing proceeds*** with (Co-Op) members who enable us to use our talent for good.”
***We’re sharing proceeds 50/50 to improve the quality of life for participating Recruiting Co-Op members.
How Recruiting Co-Op Works?
“Simply, introduce a manager (that you personally know, a boss, friend, or relative) hiring professional staff, Recruiting for Good finds an employee (with set skills); and earns a finder’s fee that is shared 50/50 with Co-Op member who initiated the introduction.”
Any Co-Op member, who enables Recruiting for Good to provide a company staffing services will earn 50% of proceeds generated (from fulltime placements). We can help companies find Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Sales professionals.
Social Economic Solution
Co-Op members receive funding for K-12 education (tuition for private and religious schools), food (dining/super market gift cards), and rent.
