Want to do something special this Mother’s Day in 2019? We are helping 10 L.A. dads (or sons) fund gift 10 awesome moms; an all-inclusive Beauty Foodie Party in Maui.
- Mom receives a round-trip flight from LAX to Maui
- 3-Night luxury stay at a Wailea five star property to experience either Kapalua Wine and Food Festival or Maui Film Festival in June 2019 (plus 2 tickets to festival events).
- And a $500 spa gift card card.
How to Participate and Earn Our Exclusive Mother’s Day Gift
Refer an open position at a company, when Recruiting for Good finds the company a new employee, and earns a finder’s fee; a portion will be shared to reward a Beauty Foodie Moms Party in Maui Trip.
Since 1998, Recruiting for Good has been connecting professionals to great jobs in Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, and Sales. We use placements to fund local community service, ‘Our Moms Work,’ sponsor local Santa Monica Social Club, The Beauty Foodie Club, and reward referrals with fun life experiences.
We are looking to reward moms who have made a difference for 10 years or more in the community (or have been awesome moms).
How to Get Started
Email Carlos@RecruitingforGood.com to set up a time to meet in Santa Monica, tell me whose life you want to impact. Our meaningful fund gifting service is confidential and personal.
Must participate by no later than January 30, 2019. We are only rewarding 10 all-inclusive trips for moms, and will be rewarded on a first come basis.

We meet everyone in person first. So come to our next Party Celebrating Women on 1301 Montana Avenue, Santa Monica @ Le Macaron on October 7, 2018 10am to 1pm. Can’t make the party, we are celebrating women every first Sunday of the month.

We are using recruiting placements to help fund Our Moms Work, a community service in Santa Monica. By allowing us to represent and place you in a kickass job, you allow us to earn a finder’s fee to make a difference. And we are rewarding tech candidates (engineering and IT with 5 years of industry experience, who complete their probation period); awesome VIP Tix to sporting events (L.A. Lakers, International Soccer, and Football in Vegas, yes we know it’s not happening till 2020, but we are super excited). First Choice Tickets is our ticket partner (in business for 25 years).
If you are not looking for a job, but know someone who is simply refer them to us and we will reward you VIP Tix after they complete probation period.

I Confess I am Not a Foodie
I love to dine out, but I don’t take pictures of my food or selfies. I love great service, great ambiance, and the company of friends. I stay connected to loving my life…and I feel blessed.
Over the pass 5 years, I have been using recruiting collaboratively to reward dining, donations (to causes), and even travel to all parts of the world…what I discovered…I was dissatisfied, and disconnected…that is until I had a recent mentoring session with a woman who brought something to my attention…”why don’t you ever like to talk about you….about what you love…why does it always have to be about me!” In mentoring, it is all about the person you are serving.
But the statement left an impression that has transformed my rewarding referrals program. I am only rewarding experiences, that I have gifted to others, or that I have experienced myself, and that most importantly I love.
If you are like me, a mentor, I love gifting rewarding experiences that change lives. So, I created See the World for Good, a high purpose social club for like-minded L.A. Optimistic Professionals who love to mentor and gift kids awesome experiences for B-days.
The rewarding service is personal and confidential. I meet with prospective mentors (Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and Executives), and together we collaborate to fund amazing B-Day experiences for L.A. kids; Basketball VIP Tix, Learn French, and for Girls Fun Paris Trips.
