We are using recruiting for good collaboratively to help fund safaris. People introduce us to clients who can retain us for recruiting services or candidates who are looking for jobs. We generate proceeds to reward referrals with an opportunity to fund causes and travel. Our cause this year is to help a local school (Santa Clarita Charter School, SCVi) in Los Angeles travel to India in October. What makes the trip to India special is the local school has had an exchange program with a school in India; and this is the first time the American kids travel to India.

In our recent conversations with people, about making free travel possible, we have run into a certain segment of the population, who seems annoyed and put off by the idea that travel makes a difference.
“Only the rich, who can afford anything, anytime, call travel a luxury.” Because they seem unaware about how the rest of us live. Recent facts about the economy, only accentuate the growing difference between the people who have wealth, and the people who do not have wealth (especially disposable income to enjoy travel).
How are We Creating Social Equality?
We are taking recruiting and making it collaborative to help people enjoy life. Traveling abroad makes a difference. Only people who travel all the time, don’t appreciate traveling abroad.
But imagine what life would be like if a family who earns $52,000 traveled and experienced a safari at no cost to them. Now that is a life changing experience.
Why Collaborative?
Because gifting travel without participation creates co-dependency; it dis-empowers people. The government already provides free basic needs to people; we are not a government agency, we are a co-op serving and helping people. And participation in collaborative solutions empowers people to appreciate their own effort, self-worth, and the results of the process; which through our co-op are life changing benefits and opportunities to enjoy free travel.

Money should not divide us; it should unite us. By creating a solution to afford people free travel, we create a society of equality, everyone has the opportunity to live and enjoy life.

How Everyone Travels for Free in 2013? The number one reason why people don’t travel is money. We at Recruiting for Good are making it our mission to make free travel and change possible. We transformed our successful business to become a social co-op so we can serve the community.
Why afford everyone free travel? Because travel liberates us from our daily routine, it creates life changing experiences, and brings us closer to our loved ones. For some of us travel is inspirational; empowering us to be creative, to enjoy, and to appreciate and experience life fully.
Everyone Travels for Free is all about self-empowerment, participation, equality, and freedom to live for today. In a deeper and more profound way, it inspires people to pay forward free travel to their family and friends. Imagine what the world would be like if everyone enjoyed life and made a difference. That is the world we want to live in. We want to live in a world where people participate to afford everyone else simple pleasure
How can we make free travel possible? With your help. The average person knows 150 people. We are using recruiting for good to raise funds for people so that they can afford to travel and pay forward travel. Simply introduce us to your social contacts; executive decision makers or technical professionals, and we will generate monies on your behalf through recruiting placements. Every person knows someone who is connected to more people; the only thing you have to do is ask for help.
In fact to kick off our social co-op, the first 100 people who join our social co-op and introduce an executive decision maker earn double travel rewards. Imagine having a $7,000 fund to travel and invite a family member, friend, colleague, or pay forward the rewards to an employee or better yet gift mom the best trip ever. Mother’s Day is May 12.

Yesterday, I (Carlos, founder of Recruiting for Good) spent the day at Bloomingdale’s, where the sales people educated me on the latest fashion tips.
