5 Ways to Inspire People to Do Good. I recently became a leader of a men’s team in Los Angeles. The purpose of our organization is to empower men to be leaders in life so that they can be great fathers, husbands, managers, and leaders in the community. I am grateful to be chosen for this most important task. And for the next 6 months, I will share what I can about being a leader. I am hoping this will inspire others to step up in their life, and make a difference.
I am doing as I am learning; I am far from being the leader I want to be. But every day I strive to be present, grateful, and humble.
5 Ways to Inspire People to Do Good
1) Acknowledge them through gratitude and praise.
2) Delegate a task that will extend their capacity to learn.
3) Trust them, by communicating effectively and clearly.
4) Create a real authentic relationship with them, show them compassion.
5) Allow them to inspire, surprise, and help you.
I am grateful for number 5. I am always learning from people all day long. And those people who share their truth, their hearts, and minds. I acknowledge them. Thank you for making my life great. Thank you for helping me of service.
You are a rockstar in life, when you acknowledge that everyone around you has the potential for bringing awesomeness to the world, and inspire others to do good too.
Who in your life is a rockstar? Acknowledge them, and make them aware how important their participation in your life is, and that alone will forever leave an imprint in their life.
Inspire others by participating; be a rockstar make work happy and life great.

Creating Social Equality Through Free Travel.
In our recent conversations with people, about making free travel possible, we have run into a certain segment of the population, who seems annoyed and put off by the idea that travel makes a difference.
“Only the rich, who can afford anything, anytime, call travel a luxury.” Because they seem unaware about how the rest of us live. Recent facts about the economy, only accentuate the growing difference between the people who have wealth, and the people who do not have wealth (especially disposable income to enjoy travel).
How are We Creating Social Equality?
We are taking recruiting and making it collaborative to help people enjoy life. Traveling abroad makes a difference. Only people who travel all the time, don’t appreciate traveling abroad.
But imagine what life would be like if a family who earns $52,000 traveled and experienced a safari at no cost to them. Now that is a life changing experience.
Why Collaborative?
Because gifting travel without participation creates co-dependency; it dis-empowers people. The government already provides free basic needs to people; we are not a government agency, we are a co-op serving and helping people. And participation in collaborative solutions empowers people to appreciate their own effort, self-worth, and the results of the process; which through our co-op are life changing benefits and opportunities to enjoy free travel.
How are We Making Luxury Travel Obsolete?
Money should not divide us; it should unite us. By creating a solution to afford people free travel, we create a society of equality, everyone has the opportunity to live and enjoy life.
The New and Old Adage Makes a Difference
Have you ever heard? It is who you know that makes a difference. Social networks are counting on you to work for free for them. Every time you make a social connection online, they are adding monetary value to their network. They do so, by selling access to you (advertising, marketing), your history of online browsing, and that of your social contacts too. Why not use your social contacts to benefit your life? In recruiting, the more people we are connected to, the more money we can generate. That is the founding premise of using recruiting for good. Through collaboration, we empower people to use their own social contacts to generate monies through recruiting and make a difference in their life, their family, and their community. These monies are used to fund free travel.

We are using 35 years of recruiting expertise to find people great jobs, and share proceeds to create social equality. Must live in the U.S., we meet everyone we fund for in person.

With your contacts, we can create and gift this safari experience to anyone you like. We Fund Your Gelato University Experience
We fund your gelato university experience. Imagine attending the famous Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy at no cost to you.
Listening to the NPR story about the University and the passion for creating wonderful tasting desserts; we were inspired to afford this benefit to any American who collaborates with our recruiting Co-Op (simply introduce us to your social contacts to enable recruiting, and we raise funds on your behalf to sponsor your gelato university experience; travel, accommodations, and education too).
Who would not want to learn from Instructor Alice Vignoli, “My grandmother do gelato, my mother do gelato, and I always live for gelato,” she says. “And for me, gelato is a passion, is not only a job. When I prepare gelato, I have a smile. [It] is a creative job, and you have the possibility to put your soul in your gelato.”
We help fund people.
Why? Why not fund people who are passionate about making food taste great. And if they become experts through education and practice that makes a difference. Imagine a single mom gets the opportunity of a lifetime to learn skills that propel her to start a gelato business, and she can now take care of her kids.
Our Co-Op is using recruiting for good to help fund people who make a difference. Investing in people is a great way to give back.

I Want to Help 100 People Make a Difference
I Want to Help 100 People Make a Difference. This blog is inspired by Tracey Trottenberg, a brilliant personal life coach, who showed me how I was not living the life I desire.
I had coffee with Tracey last Friday, and she listened to me complain about what was not working in my life and business. She pointedly asked me what do you want. What do you really want? Since I am the founder of Recruiting for Good, and I get to make most, if not all the decisions about what recruiting for good is all about.
“So what I want is to use recruiting collaboratively, generate and share proceeds to help people enjoy life and make a difference.” I want to have personal and meaningful relationships with 100 people every year, so that I can positively impact their life, and their community.
