Introduce Your Boss and Enjoy Travel Reward
Do you want to travel in 2017? We love to help you get there. We are using recruiting to fund and reward travel, our fun mission is to help 100 people see the world for good.
Why help us, help you? You will make a difference, 5% of the money we reward for your travel will be matched and donated to nonprofits Aut2bfit (supporting travel for kids with special needs and their families), and Single Moms Planet (supporting travel for kids and moms). Our goal is to raise $100,000 to offset the cost of 5 trips in 2017.
How it Works?
- Is your boss hiring a professional and is using a recruiting agency for search? Introduce us to him/her.
- We find your boss a new employee, and earn a recruiting finder’s fee, that we share to fund your travel.
- After the employee has completed 90 days of employment; we reward funding for your trip.
Where Can You Travel to?
Anywhere you like in the world; you choose the destination, and we pay the adventure travel company, online travel site, the Remote Experience, or travel agent (including airfare, cruise, hotel, or resort)….up to $5,000.
How to Get Started?
You must live in the U.S., your boss is hiring white color professionals (accounting finance, engineering, information technology, marketing, or sales), and you are at least 30 years old. Deadline to participate is 11/30/17. We are rewarding just 100 people funding for travel through “Introduce Your Boss” program in 2017.

What Inspired Party for Good
Party for Good…Have you heard of Fathom “Travel+Impact” Cruises…”It’s a new kind of cruise that combines your love of travel with your desire to make a difference.” I learned about their cruises about 2 months ago, and the more I read about their mission and destinations, the more excited I got about the possibility of people having fun while making a difference.
So, I sent them an email, “I love to list your cruise destinations on my site; we are on a mission to help people fund gift travel so family and friends can change and see the world.” And they agreed…This last Monday, Fathom invited me to participate and make a difference in the Dominican Republic….I am eternally grateful…a dream come true for me.
These are some of their fun making a difference activities I am looking forward to check out;
Reforestation
Plant trees and other indigenous plants in deforested areas and assist in the production of
seedlings and community education at a central nursery
Water Filters
Craft state-of-the-art water filters made from clay and colloidal silver with local ceramicists to be
distributed in surrounding communities with limited access to safe water sources
Community English
Participate in 1:1 or 1:few English language learning lessons with community members to
improve their opportunities for employment
Creative Arts, Music & Sports
Lead and participate alongside students in interactive elective offerings that are designed to
supplement traditional school curriculum
Chocal
Assist in the cultivation of cacao plants and organic fertilizer at a nursery and produce artisan
chocolates with a small women’s collective

How to Promote Yourself for Good

Blog inspired by an employee at Beaming in Santa Monica, that was recently promoted to shift leader.
In my professional career, I only got promoted once….and it felt great for awhile….but not it did not change my life for good.
That is until now….
So, I thought about my life’s work and journey. And had an epiphany, “I recently found my purpose; to help people fund, gift, and share travel. And serving people is the greatest promotion one can achieve.”
5 Ways to Promote Yourself for Good
1) Identify and focus all your energy to become an expert at something that you can use to make a difference.
2) Find something that you are passionate about, a problem you like to solve, or a service you like to make available for all (i.e. travel).
3) Find a population or community you would love to serve. Make it personal and meaningful to you.
4) Stay true to your voice and intention, find joy everyday.
5) Have fun, and live by Rule #6 (don’t take yourself so god damn seriously).
What Will You Be Remembered For?
Promotion for good is about making a significant difference in other peoples’ lives.
