If you are in between jobs, or coming off an assignment (contract); it makes sense to commit to a two week job. Finding good talent is very difficult. But paying a good hourly rate, certainly helps attract the kind of candidates willing to do a short term job.

- Make arrangements, and give your employers proper notice, when you quit your job.
- Invite your friends to go along with you; it will change your lives for good.
- Have money saved up, and emergency back up money for easy access.
