Join R4G and Enjoy Bali Travel for Good
Do you love to make a difference and travel? Then, participate in staffing agency, Recruiting for Good (R4G) to do both.
We’re generating proceeds to help fund 3 causes (Celebrating Women, Empowering Kids & Saving Earth). And rewarding women travel to Bali.
Simply, refer either a family member, or a friend who is looking for a fulltime technical job (in Engineering or IT in Southern California).
Or
Introduce an executive at a company (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, or VP of HR) that you personally know (a family member, friend, neighbor, or your boss); when R4G finds the company a new employee and earns a finder’s fee (a portion is shared) to donate to one of our causes. And we reward travel to Bali (flight, hotel, and yoga).

Over the past 20 years we have helped companies find talented professionals; and helped candidates find kickass jobs they love…we’re continuing the tradition of serving everyone with care, respect, and transparency. Our Future is All About We
If you don’t know already, we are using recruiting collaboratively to reward referrals with donations to 3 causes (Celebrating Women, Empowering Kids, and Saving Earth).
How We are Celebrating Women?
Since, October 2017 we’ve been sponsoring Our Moms Work, a cost free career mentoring service; available to all women. We mentor solo entrepreneurs who want to create businesses that make a difference. We are also working collaboratively to fund and reward meaningful women travel (Join Women March 2020)…Because when we celebrate women…we honor our mothers, sisters, and daughters….wives and girlfriends too.
How We Empower Kids?
We help fund STEM/STEAM scholarships; so that we prepare kids for tomorrow’s jobs (Fund Summer Camp)
How We Save Earth?
We are donating to environmental nonprofits working to ‘Save Earth’ thru activism, inspiration, and solving problems (Save Earth & Party for Good). We make participation fun…so that we can create lasting change…
Together We Do More….
Participate in our referral reward service to choose the cause you want us to donate to; and enjoy travel to Party for Good…In life…you get what you give…and we love to reward fun meaningful experiences thru travel…you can choose to forgo your travel reward and donate it entirely to support the cause you love.

How to Earn Fun Trip Rewards
- Refer a family member or friend for a fulltime tech job in Southern California (they complete probation period, and we reward $1,500 toward flights, hotel, or ticket to event).
- Introduce an executive or senior manager hiring professional staff in California, once we find company a new employee, and (they complete probation period, and we reward $2,500 toward flights, hotel, or ticket to event).
- We share a portion of our fee to help fund a summer camp scholarships.
Must make referrals no later than July 1, 2019 to experience any parties in January.

How to Create Equality in America

I am fortunate that my parents gave my sisters and I love, support, and strong belief in ourselves. And most importantly, values about making the world a better place to live. For the last 20 years, I have been fortunate to positively impact people’s lives and their families by finding them jobs they loved.
I was never an ‘A’ student, but I was a curious thinker and daydreamer, I am ADD and dyslexic. And you wouldn’t know that up to my late teens had the inability to express myself…I struggled with language (by the time I was 12 years old, I had lived in 3 distinctly different countries, having to learn a new language each time). Overcoming obstacles is my thing. I love going against the grain, Recruiting for Good is just that…we are not your typical agency…nor do we want to be. We’re on a mission to create equal access to summer camp by funding scholarships…we’re using recruiting placements to do just that.
Why Fund Summer Camp?
To prepare kids for tomorrow’s jobs today…and skip college…if it’s not your thing…
“Did you know the cost of summer camp can be as much as $5,000 or more, per kid,”
- The most talented developers and technology professionals I ever placed…never had a college degree. They are passionate problem solvers, who work well with others (these are skills and values that can be easily learned and in a fun way at STEM/STEAM summer camp).
- Talking to friends, and moms the biggest angst their kids suffer from is having to pay back college loans for 5-10 years.
- Kids are apt to learn tech faster these days, because they are surrounded by it. And instead of going to college, in a couple of summers they can learn the basics to inspire a career in tech. Solve tomorrow’s problems today.
- Camp inspires creativity…provides a equal forum to grow from within…and also provides a social escape that is fun, fulfilling, and rewarding…there are NO Grades…No Pass or Fail…there are vast opportunities to connect with like-minded friends who positively impact your life….and perhaps if you are lucky enough…find your soul mate too.
