Enjoy Sushi Roku for Good…12 Month Reward

Reward Inspired By Sushi Roku Santa Monica

The Sweetest Reward 12 Months of Sushi

For the true foodie…sushi is dessert, fun, joy, sharing experiences, and sometimes therapy too. Sushi is a delicacy something that I crave and enjoy at least twice a month. I have been very fortunate to live in Santa Monica, and have so many great places to enjoy sushi.

My favorite restaurant is Sushi Roku…over the years I have gotten to know the staff and management; I have taken clients, had dinners with friends, sponsored a nonprofit (Single Mom Planet) lunch, sponsored (Kickass & Party for Good) event,  and even taken my dates. The food is out of this world…and the service is exceptional.

I think Sushi is a fantastic food to enjoy, gift, and share.  That is why I created ”12 Months of Sushi” the sweetest reward thru our referral program. We’re on a mission to use recruiting placements to fund fun gigs for kids to love work (learning experiences to prepare them for life).

Karma Baker Donuts Good for You Reviewed By Kid

Karma Baker Donuts Good for You Reviewed By Kid

Every month, Recruiting for Good hires a team of kids for fun paid gigs; teach kids to love work, earn their keep, and write reviews of LA Best Food for You to inform and inspire the community (passion, purpose, and play).

Kids take pictures, taste food, and write reviews (Kids Get Paid to Eat). It’s their unfiltered reviews (kids in Middle School).

Radley ‘Gluten Free Prince’ reviewed every donut flavor

Unfortunately, Radley got so excited that he forgot to take picture of the donut….but it did look amazing. So we forgave him, because he reviewed two donut shops for us…so here is a graphic instead.

Sprinkle Mania Donut

“Sprinkle Mania is AMAZING its soooo good. The sprinkles just  crunch in my mouth wonderfully. Although it is a little dry on the inside it was definitely one of my favorites. Also it was a little hard on the outside and sweet, dence, and filling.”

Vanilla Sprinkle Donut

“Got excited again and cut this one in half to share with my brother before I took a pic, so that’s why you can see it’s cut in half in the photo. Vanilla Sprinkle was pretty good actually but it was also a little dry and thick. It was delicious. The outside was flaky and hard but in all i liked it.”

Pumpkin Spice

“Pumpkin Spice was definitely not my favorite. I don’t really like pumpkin spice so this wasn’t really the best for me it was also quite dry.”

Chocolate Peppermint Crunch

“AND NOW LADIES AND GENTLEMEN BOYS AND GIRLS CATS AND DOGS FISH AND BIRDS THE BEST DONUT IN ALL OF HISTORY. No but seriously this was the best donut I’ve ever had in my LIFE. it was so good i almost cried it was crunchy moist and very chocolatey it was by far my favorite out of all of them.”

Cookies and Cream

“This donut was rich with taste and filled me with happiness. It was both dense and dry but it was amazing and tasted delicious the icing was hard and flaky.”

What Makes Good Leaders Great…Inspired By 8th Grade Girl

What Makes Good Leaders Great…Inspired By 8th Grade Girl

“Conversation inspired by Stella, 8th Grade, who created fun gig for kids to support her BFF, and Dad/Chef Colapasta.” Carlos, Founder, Kids Get Paid to Eat

Leaders are great when their inspiration to create something new (product, service, or gig for kids) is based on principles of love. Money is short lived to inspire people to give up their weekends, and make sacrifices. Leaders are responsible to adhere to a higher calling; so that they can provide everlasting change…if you can’t answer the why question (why did you start this or that); go back to the drawing board.

What I love about, my community project “Kids Get Paid to Eat,” I am listening to the kids…and they are teaching me what is missing in their life (what skills and values kids want to learn).

Stella’s love for her friend inspired me to fund her purposeful gig (Support Colapasta). Yes, Recruiting for Good is sponsoring every dish on Colapasta menu, and kids are enjoying the food, and writing reviews.

Another great lesson for kids to learn around leadership is delegation; love inspires building great teams. Leaders don’t do all the work, they find family, friends, employees, and even volunteers to help do the work.

“I love to enroll people; and I feel blessed to use my talent for good and help Stella fulfill her purposeful gig.”
