What if you could be fulfilled by just being the same person in all your interactions, and relationships with family, friends, the community and yourself too?
Not having to withhold your care, love, words, and intentions. When you are at Peace with yourself, and surrender to wanting to lead life with Passion, Purpose, and Play…every life experience, conversation, emotion becomes part of your being.

I am fortunate to have found that which fulfills me…I believe the future belongs to individuals who are willing to go the extra mile…not organizations…but actual people. And I love working with Middle School Students…because they are hungry to make their mark.

What It Takes to Succeed in the Workforce?
Regardless of where you come from (any neighborhood in the US or another country); your success lies with you. That’s right you are 100% responsible for your work success. Having a great paying job in the US; is not a right, it is a privilege to be employed.
Thank God for Those Who…. ‘were smart enough’ to build companies that solved problems by providing great products or services; and created job opportunities for the rest of us. Companies afford us sweet opportunities to earn a living by using our skills to; deliver services, manage employees, sell products, or solve problems (all necessary jobs to making companies profitable and successful). Some of us, are lucky enough to meet their best friend, meet the love of their life, or discover their passion and purpose to grow within.
The Right Attitude Goes a Long Way
Employers love to hire positive problem solvers, who have a ‘can do attitude,’ and get the job done. Learn and listen to your boss who might know something about being successful; since he or she has the responsibility to manage and guide you to be successfully and gainfully employed (to pay your bills and enjoy life).
Learn to Grow at Work
Don’t compare yourself to others, just be introspective, and ask yourself ‘where do I need to improve (coding skills, collaboration, communication skills, or time management are just some examples)? If your company gives you a job performance review, ask your boss or HR manager ‘how you can improve your performance?’ “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” No one expects you to know everything. It takes 10 years to be an expert at anything.
Be a Team Player…Help Others Win
I have seen many professionals progress in their career rapidly, because they learned new skills; then, taught and mentored their co-workers at work. Using your talent for good is fun and fulfilling. By being of service to others; you become indispensable. And if your employer is smart; they will recognize your contributions with promotions, more perks, and possibility higher salaries.

“Before launching staffing agency, Recruiting for Good, Founder, Carlos Cymerman worked as a teacher for 10 years during and after college. And Recruiting for Good has been sponsoring creative writing contests for the last 10 years (for adults and kids). In 2014, he created and sponsored a creative writing program at Olympic High School in Santa Monica.”

It is our mission and purpose to deliver a meaningful experience for sweet kids and parents who participate in our love work program. We aim to deliver a high level of customer care that takes a great amount of time and effort.
We role model the same thoughtful principles and work values; that we inspire on The Sweetest Gig….Preparing Kids for Life!
What is The Sweetest Gig
The Sweetest Gig is a fun rewarding experience for kids to love work (we will re-create real life work scenarios for kids to learn concepts about what it means to land, keep, and create a job). We’ll be teaching kids habits and values that lead to a successful transition into the workforce.
The Sweetest Gig is especially suited for ‘Grateful Working Professional Families’ that love preparing their kids to succeed in life. Our program is cost free to families. We love serving families who share positive values including; humility, a passion for creative writing, an eagerness to learn (languages, leadership, skills), and a desire to serve (do good deeds).
Kids Grow from Within
In return for landing The Sweetest Gig; we are looking for kids to accept responsibility, agree to follow thru (take directions, make the deadlines), and do the best job every time.
Chocolate is sponsored and home delivered on weekends (Carlos, the Founder will drive to your home). Kids who successfully complete 3 reviews earn meaningful perks to do good deeds (1st perk, gift mom chocolate on Mother’s Day).
What is Fun for Good….
For those of you who are lucky to land The Sweetest Gig; you will receive 25 years of compounded work success oriented wisdom (Carlos has been in the recruiting industry since 1996). In addition, for the last 10 years Carlos created Our Moms Work community service, has curated fun filled parties (and creative writing contests), has mentored 100’s of people, was involved in a nonprofit that taught leadership, and for fun has traveled the world.
