Helping “Big Sisters” Reward Sport Games
When someone becomes a Big Sister, the person transforms. The opportunity to mentor another person is the most rewarding way to live a purposeful and joyful life.
I am currently mentoring a young woman, and through our mentoring relationship, she has connected to her heart, her creative spirit, and loves to serve others. I have learned so much about myself in this process too.
How? We are using Recruiting for Good collaboratively to fund and reward life changing sport events for kids.
Simply introduce Recruiting for Good to a hiring manager at a company, or a candidate looking for a job; and when the referral produces a placement fee, we will reward the “Big and Little Sister” a sports game (event) that is fun.
Imagine, if all kids could celebrate life with their Big Sister and watch their favorite sport athletes play….With your help everything is possible.

Special Thanks to Mark Duvall a Fan for Good
The Back Story
I am a technical recruiter and first met Mark in 2007 when I got him a job at Wolters Kluwer.
Mark and I connected again in 2011. I was doing a recruiting search for Live Office, the job was perfect for Mark, close to his house, and Nick the CEO was looking for someone to drive the technology.
Nick couldn’t afford my fee and hire Mark. So, I forgave my fee to help Live Office, and Mark. I felt, it was important to the success of the company to have Mark on board. And felt great to use recruiting for good.
This decision inspired me to use recruiting for good; and for the past several years, I helped fund nonprofits, rock bands, and individuals. In doing so, eventually I found my passion and purpose to fund and reward people travel.
Present Day Mark is a Fan for Good
I reached out to Mark and told him, I am using recruiting for Good to fund and Gift Kids World Cup Trips, and I needed his help in finding clients who could use Recruiting for Good. That afternoon he introduced me to a company in Los Angeles,and got retained for searches. And we just placed our first person at the company. Because of Mark, every placement we make in 2014-2015, will help Gift Kids World Cup Trips.
Mark, thank you for your help; you have made a difference in the community, we are funding travel for Gonzo Soccer a nonprofit supporting girls in under-served communities.
Imagine how many lives, we can change and inspire, with each kid going to the World Cup.
