If You Don’t Love Shopping for Good This Blog Is Not For You
One of the things, I love most about my life is combining recruiting, travel, and inspiring people to collaborate and make a difference. When was the last time your nonprofit rewarded you for writing a check and giving a donation? These days unless you are writing thousands of dollars in donations to your cause; you usually just get an automatic email thanking you.
But does it really serve you to write a check for a write-off, or are you looking for a more fulfilling experience. Perhaps there is another way. Why not earn shopping vacations for helping raise money for causes. That is exactly why I created We Shop for Good. Women participate and enable us to use Recruiting for Good to generate proceeds on their behalf for their favorite cause. And we reward shopping tours and vacations all over the world (Italy, London, NY, and Paris).

A Style Room shopping tour is a 5 hour, private VIP shopping experience with your own private limo where you are taken behind locked doors into NYC’s exclusive fashion designers’ showrooms and studios (not stores).
On this private behind-the-scenes tour, you will be personally escorted behind locked doors only open to clothing and accessories store buyers, owners, magazine editors and stylists. Showrooms and studios are where boutique and store owners and buyers come to see the designer’s new collections months before they are produced for stores. They are where magazine editors shop when they’re looking for clothing and accessories to feature on models for their upcoming stories. They are where fashion stylists come to shop for their celebrity clients.” This sounds like so much fun, and definitely rewarding, especially if you love shopping for GOOD.
We are combining shopping, vacations, and exciting events (destinations). For example we are rewarding the U.S. Tennis Championships with a VIP Style Room Tour. We love to reward fun travel, and most our rewarded destinations benefit two people and include; flights, hotel, tour and event tickets. You can also gift your shopping vacation to anyone in the United States, because shopping for good makes a difference.
Together, we make fundraising fun and rewarding. One more thing, women who participate and help us fund causes will be invited to special 50% more shopping parties too.

How Using Recruiting Makes Free Air Travel Possible. This is the collaborative voyage of the social enterprise Recruiting for Good, its mission is to entertain, inspire, and make life great. With the participation of people who love to travel, Recruiting for Good is sharing proceeds to fund free air travel.
Imagine if all people could fly for free? Air travel connects people, places, and possibilities; free air travel creates equality and freedom to enjoy life.
So how are we using recruiting for good? We are collaboratively generating proceeds by making placements and sharing proceeds to sponsor free air travel.
How to Earn Free Air Travel
1) Refer yourself for a job, and when we place you, we reward you with a free airline ticket to fly anywhere in the world, and better yet, you can pay it forward to anyone you like, and make a difference too.
2) Refer a friend to a job, and when we place them, we will gift you $1,000 in air travel rewards to fly anywhere in the world.
3) Introduce us to a company hiring technical professionals, and from the first placement we make, we will gift you $5,000 in air travel rewards for you and your family to fly anywhere in the world. If you know someone who is getting married? I bet they would love to fly for free on their honeymoon. With your help, we can extend happy marriages too.
If your mama, papa, nana, or gramps live in Jamaica, Mexico, or India, no problem with electronic ticketing (thank god), we can pay forward your air travel rewards anywhere in the world.

The benefit we created is free travel. But that is not the only benefit there is that can bring about change, transformation, empowerment, and make a difference. What benefit would you create to change the world?
A Lesson About Creating Benefits
Close your eyes and imagine having one thing in the world, all the time, and that one thing makes you smile. This is the benefit that inspires you to work and enjoy life. So why not create it, and make it available for all your family, friends, and community to enjoy?
What is Your Benefit?
Imagine if everyone could fly for free, or hire a life coach, or have free parties (weddings, sweet sixteen, anniversary, birthdays), or have chocolate delivered to every month, or enjoy free yoga, or enjoy free creative classes (art, dance, singing, sculpture, and writing). The possibilities to create amazing benefits are endless.
Making Benefits Available to Everyone Makes a Difference
We recently had a meeting with a travel company, and they did not understand why free travel is “Good” (our website is iTravelforGood.com). Creating benefits that are attainable by everyone, creates equality, freedom, and empowers people to enjoy life fully; and that is “Good.” You don’t have to write a check to a nonprofit to make a difference, a simple gesture of being kind to people, or gifting a benefit to someone in your life who could not afford it; makes a profound and meaningful difference.

Collaboration Makes Everything Possible
The greatest solutions have been created through like-minded people who participated and worked together to benefit the community. Case in point Wikipedia, they changed the way people explain how things are. How about Twitter? People can keep the world abreast of what is happening now. Crowd sourcing changed the way we fund and support each other.

Fundraise for Your Family in India

You heard right we are rewarding candidates we place, who submit their resumes unsolicited or through our job board with $1500 dollars in benefits. If you want to send the benefit outside the US, we will send $1,000 tax free every time you refer an IT friend and we place them.
