How Kids Can Find and Use Their Voice for Good?

Special Thanks to Mom, Parrish Walsh of Fiction Jewelry for Designing the Picture Above

Blog sadly inspired by the endless stories of kids being bullied online, depressed, and lonely.

How Kids Can Find and Use Their Voice for Good?

  1. Spend less time on social media, looking for approval, advice, or FAKE friendships.
  2. Spend more time writing in a journal, make a list of what you love to create, do, and have (create a vision board).
  3. Create a daily mantra that gives you confidence, joy, and/or makes you smile.
  4. Write out the mantra, frame and place it somewhere you can see it everyday (next to your bed).
  5. Write a win in your journal everyday…something that you accomplished, something that you are proud of.

Lastly…have fun, be nice to your parents (and siblings)…spend quality time with friends far away from social media and texting…talk in person…on the phone…just have fun…volunteer in the community.

If you love how the list of fun activities make you feel, share and teach your friends (or parents) how they too can find and use their voice for good.
